What: The 5th Annual Flutter Run and Family PotluckWhen: Saturday, September 26th from 4:00 to 7:00pm

Where: Irvington Elembetary School 1320 NE Brazee St. We will set-up under the covered blacktop area.

Why: The Flutter Run is our first fundraising event of the year! Students will run for short period of time (minutes) around a designated course. Parent volunteers will keep track of each student’s lap total. Families will calculate how much each sponsor owes, collect the money raised, and turn in their totals to us at the October general meeting. Additional pledge sheets will be available in the classroom. There are two ways to each family may collect pledges: either on a per lap basis or as a flat donation.

You will be receiving an E-vite Invitaion via e-mail where you will sign up to bring an appetizer, main dish or dessert of your choice. Please plan on bringing your own re-usable (earth friendly) utensils, cups and plates. Please also plan on packing beverages for your family and a blanket/chairs if you would like to sit on one.

We know that the flutter run will be a successful fundraiser for our fabulous school.
